Did you remember how the law applied to a piece of land that was owned by Prayuth's father (alledgely) and transferred to some offshore firm. He literally said "do not ask questions or else". In the rest of the world, appearing in a cooking show on television would never raise any questions about "conflict of interest", only in Thailand, where as I said above, the law is abused to get rid of political enemies.
