Danthai
Sansai marriage procedure to register is a two step process. One, you have all the required affidavits for marriage and your passport page, then get translated into English and taken to legalization office at City Hall. You and wife will then go to Sansai District Office in Sansai and they will look at copies of your wife's house book and Government ID and take all the required documents. They will then call you back for you and wife and two witnesses to come sign the document. Its a two step process. Google Sansai CM district office and go to their website and get address and phone number. Google map will show you where to go to District Office.
