riclag
Dem's should follow the current regulations don't disregard it! Don't manipulate the regulations or mock it because the result was disappointing and not in your favor! Special Counsel rules and regulations -Review and Conclusion of Special Counsel Inquiries The regulations maintain that the AG present his report(conclusion ) of Mueller's investigation to the public/congress. pages 15-17 give many more details of the regulations set decades ago. "Moreover, the report’s contents need to be “consistent with applicable law,” which may suggest that legal doctrines such as executive privilege and the rules governing the release of grand jury information could restrict what can be included in the report". "When the special counsel’s inquiry concludes, the special counsel must provide a confidential report to the Attorney General with explanations of the decisions made in the course of the inquiry in favor of or declining to prosecute any charges. The regulations do not expressly provide for disclosure of this report to any other parties, nor do they further identify the parameters of the content of that report". https://fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/R44857.pdf

BTW you seem to have missed the author's conclusion... What you don’t get, Trump supporters in 2018, is that succumbing to frustration and thinking of you as stupid may be wrong and unhelpful, but it’s also…hear me…charitable. Because if you’re NOT stupid, we must turn to other explanations, and most of them are *less* flattering. LOL. Just think that if the Dems had put up almost anyone other than the pants suited one, we'd have missed all the "entertainment" of the past 2 years. ShortTimed
Perhaps it's because Trump, a U.S. president in name only, fawned over Putin like a submissive schoolboy toady, a shameful and arguably treasonous performance virtually unprecedented in U.S. presidential history. And to match that, a good portion of Trump's former inner circle -- former campaign manager, former deputy campaign manager, former national security advisor, and former longtime personal attorney -- have been prosecuted and pleaded guilty or been found guilty of various illegalities, mostly in connection with pro-Russian interests. Perhaps the reason it was most shameful to see him all dreamy eyed at Putin was because Republicans rightfully are very wary and distrustful of their long time adversary. How that display of public affection was so quietly looked past is amazing. But please do not think me a liberal sympathizer for saying so. TallGuyJohninBKK
Here's the Associated Press' "fact check" of Trump's campaign speech the other day in Michigan. As usual, the speech was a cavalcade of lies, exaggerations, misrepresentations and falsehoods... It really gets to the point where any sane person can't literally believe one word coming out of the guy's mouth -- not to mention his fake and false financial statements that's also an emerging story... https://www.apnews.com/6c51f6c16edf4c3799ed375b53f6c00c Quote AP FACT CHECK: Trump’s fabrications on autos, health care WASHINGTON (AP) — Rallying in Michigan, President Donald Trump bragged about a surging auto industry that isn’t surging, a Republican rescue for health care that has yet to take shape, a “total” exoneration in the Russia investigation that was not offered. And Trump, as he routinely does, took credit for a veterans health care initiative that his predecessor achieved and ignored the reality when veterans seek treatment — waiting times that still last for weeks.
