Big Joke: Announces arrest of tour company boss who ripped off the elderly

Lt Gen Surachat Hakparn in his capacity as a member of the TACTICS tech task force has announced the arrest of a tour company boss who preyed on the elderly. 

 

Arrested was Pachorn Reuankaew who was nabbed in Bang Yi Khan police jurisdiction on a warrant issued by the Taling Chan court. 

 

Pachorn offered tours to places like Croatia, Russia and Japan and most of his customers were trusting elderly people. 

 

But the evidence showed that the company boss did not book air tickets or hotels and took people's money with no intention of returning it after making excuses as to why tours could not proceed. 

 

There are thought to be 70 victims who are owed 3 million baht.
