Brexit deadlocked again: British parliament fails to find an alternative

A German lady' in a tobacconist, overcharged me once in Dortmund. And a Nigerian lady in Spain didn't give me what we negotiated. And some Dutch guys got me drunk in Rotterdam. Bloody 'orrible meal in Greece once.

 

Let's get out why we can, with our head held high and some dosh in the coffers. The EU is doomed anyway. England once more is showing the way. More to follow.

Now I'm a Californian, and we vote almost anything and everything, but generally the really important stuff (not should porn stars have to wear condoms or the like...which really was a ballot question) require a supermajority of 66% to pass.

 

Last year I actually went to see David Cameron talk at the Rushmore Center here in South Dakota.

 

I asked him that question during the Q&A, as to why no supermajority, and of course it hadn't even got to where you are now, and did he bear any responsibility for the aftermath

 

His answer, even by politician standards was nonsensical. It was so bad the audience actually started laughing

Because of Brexit I was short of change so I left him at the scene. He was still ranting when I walked off.

It's a nightmare regardless. It wasn't on the ballot paper so how can you say people voted for it? I suspect there'll be another vote  - see what they vote for then.

Torie would have very small majority..but would have to go cap in hand to the DUP, the BREXIT PARTY and UKIP.
That's a very possible scenario imo.

So your kids future lifestyle will mean being excluded from future European jobs and travel without excessive hoop jumping that they don’t have to do now ? That’s real progress.
 
Explain to me why just about every youth movement/organisation/Television youth contributor is seething we have Brexit ? Why a huge proportion of younger voters would vote to remain yet here you are telling them what’s best for them. Arrogance doesn’t come close.

An election will not make this go away any faster or more decisively. It's just another manifestation of kicking the can down the road. I suspect most were banned for one reason or another.

 

I was 'on the fence' prior to the referendum - but now am a leaver as if the brit. govt. is allowed to get away with ignoring the referendum result, they will be even worse in the future....
