webfact
Beautiful field of white awaits visitors to Phitsanulok’s Phuhin Rongkla National Park By The Nation Those who have no plans yet for the long upcoming holiday during the Songkran festival might wish to consider visiting Phuhin Rongkla National Park in Phitsanulok province, where a field of white flowers known locally as “white roses” awaits them. The flowers are also known as samee or mai, according to the Phitsanulok tourism office, and when they bloom, they form a shape like a bell. The stunning field of white can be found at the Hin Pum rock terrace of Chuthong cliff. Visitors have until next month to visit the national park and witness the seasonal beauty of the flowers of one of the area’s highland plants. The flowering plant can also be found at Phukradung National Park and Puluang Wildlife Sanctuary, which are both in Loei province.
