I can get it 1kg 90B from local in Chiangmai, but I'm 3 hours away... I don't need it roasted, just the separated bran. It's also used for animal feed and it's the same thing as what's sold to humans. Maybe I'll look at horse supply shops online, if they exist. The best source of insoluble fiber.
