Suzy
I received exactly this same email a few months. After the initial panic I reread the mail making note of several points raised. The most obvious is that I do not watch porn, also I do not possess a webcam. I thought seriously of answering this mail threatening court action, but decided I would not waste my time and effort on such trash. I changed my passwords and deleted the email - never hear any more.
OzMan
I get 3 or 4 of these each day using my own email address. They tell me what my password is, unfortunately they are wrong. A nuisance but just ignore it.

I'll also contact Yahoo about it and see how that's been done. It is very, very easy to put in whatever 'from' address or return address. Just get some free hosting with email and write some PHP to send that mail. It goes like this mail($recipients, $mail_subject, $mail_message, $headers); And headers contain the from and return addresses. Its just extremely basic php coding Don't bother asking Yahoo - their staff would just blame aliens...

I did it to my scammer and in the end he begged me to leave him alone. I made out I sent the money to Western Union and made him work. When he couldn't work out the secret missing number for receiving the cash, that he would have known had I really been hacked, I told him that the money was returned to me and sent him to MoneyGram instead. Don't let them off easy. I stretched it out for days... Not possible with the scammer in the OP as the only point of contact is via a bitcoin no. I looked right into this & the short answer was ignore. HTH
