Jebs
Hi, My gf is, as above, half Thai (father) and half Burmese (mother). Both her parents died when she was younger (father at 3, mother at 9). She was then taken in by a family friend and lived in Thailand until adulthood. She then wanted passport and plumped for Mynmar, because it was the cheaper option! She works in Thailand now, but has to do the usual Visa runs to stay there (yes, I know!!!) Is there anyway she can now go back and reverse this decision. It would obviously make her (and mine, I live UK) life easier. I would cover any associated costs if it were? Thanks in anticipation.
ubonjoe
Was she born in Thailand and had her birth registered here? She is Thai from birth since her father is Thai. All that is needed is proof of it.
