jakestevernson
Hi All, Looking for some info and advice as I have had no luck with my research so far. My mother plans to visit myself and my family here in Thailand this year for 2 to 3 months, as she is 71 and with slight blood pressure and anemia, she is finding getting travel insurance for over 30 days for Thailand very hard back in the UK. Is there a policy she can purchase here? Does anyone know of any travel insurance for the over 70s in the UK which gives 60 or 90 days or more? Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated as always. Thanks JS Sent from my vivo 1804 using Tapatalk
Sheryl
Several possibilities: https://www.ageco.co.uk/insurance/travel-insurance/ https://www.allcleartravel.co.uk/travel-insurance/ both of these have no age limit and will cover emergency treatment related to pre-existing conditions so be sure to declare them. I don't know re duration of trip. the first one is connected to a non profit agency so maybe try this as first preference. https://www.avantitravelinsurance.co.uk/?affc=fc35dadd-4b2a-464b-bb0e-cae2423e5e3e no age limit, up to 500 days duration, and will cover emergency treatment related to pre-existing conditions https://www.goodtogoinsurance.com/travel-insurance-over-65/senior-travel-insurance no age limit and covers trips of up to 94 day duration. Will cover emergency treatment related to pre-existing conditions and many more listed in this article. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/advice/best-travel-insurance-for-older-holidaymakers-over-65/
