EU's Tusk says "dream" of Brexit U-turn not dead

Why would a Remainer ask a Brexiteer why he voted to Leave?
Don’t all Remainers already know all the different reasons why all the Leavers voted so? Remainers normally delight in telling us that you do. You must be one of the few non-mindreading ones.

I would like to know why individuals chose to vote leave.

I wouldn't dream of guessing their reasons and certainly don't do mind reading.

Didnt may give the NHS a boost a while back,it cannot be because of brexit as brexit hasnt and isnt happening, buc brexiteers will somehow try to claim a victory out of it.

Also interesting is that prior to Brexit the DUP were given money to pay for "their PR supporting Brexit". After May's GE folly they DUP really cashed in. As did a number of cities.

Dishing out taxpayers money to try and buy support. How very desperate she is.

Spot on, BJ was pushing for mays deal and moggers was if the DUP had backed it.spineless men with no plans who couldnt organise a gamecof tidily winks, but have earned big money with the mess,£100k to listen to BJ do an after dinner speech 🤣 not that is corruption

Indeedy. Boris earns 275k per year for his journalistic activities for a certain newspaper. Plus been really cashing in on the speaking.

R-Mogg, refuses point blank to reveal how much is off shore businesses have made out of the Brexit mess. Estimates seem to be into several millions and growing.

Whilst be critical of May, the EU and of not leaving without a deal, neither have put forward any plans or ideas of their own. Probably to busy counting all that money and wondering how to avoid tax.

Like I said, go look it up

Of course you can 😉, you just don't want to tell us! Go on, don't be embarrassed!

How can I look up what reasons made you decide?

And the 350m given to the NHS - evidence please.

No, they are still there.

With 2/3 of the government being Remainers and in "control" of Brexit what chance do you think any Brexiteer plans would stand of even being heard let alone being acted upon? It was they Tory government that brought you Brexit and had the right to negotiate with the EU.

When you are not in charge promises are easily made and broken. Ask the Labour party of even the PM who swore that the UK would be out of the EU by March 29. The same PM who said so very many times that a no deal would be better than a bad deal.

If you have a problem with Brexit then tell your local MP and see how far he gets with it.

Why not take it up with your MEP😁

Keep dreaming Mr Tusk. There are signs the EU is cracking, while the Leavers resolve is becoming stronger in the UK.

Looking at the polls in the U.K., more and more people have the idea, Brexit was not the wisest decission.

First of all: these 17,4 million Brits, being an overwhelming landslide, undreamable mayority of... 51,88 %.. did NOT choose for a Brexit whatever costs, a hard Brexit, buit... to leave the EU. I presume at acceptable conditions, to have a new referendum over.

Second: so, completely "democratic" the winner takes all, and the 48,11 % of all Brits = Remainers... go to hell ? ?

Third: give 17,4 million Brits a chance to think it over and evaluate, what are the chances

Fourth: And MY opinion: when not at least 2/3 in favour of EU.. throw the British out. Enough problems with them since Heath, Thatcher, Cameron and now May again. Charles de Gaulle was right: do not get saboteurs in our Union.

Wonder out of interest how many times 17.4m has been quoted and as the vote was near 3 years ago and also considering the leave vote was predominantly supported by the older generations how many are still alive and how many are now ghost voters. Unfortunately the wheels have come off both sides of the divide because of NI and in or out of course there will still be a border with no acceptable solution out and a very simple one in 🤔
