Seano88 Posted April 18, 2019 Share Posted April 18, 2019 I have a Dtac network locked Huawei and can understand in Thailand that i can only use Dtac, no problem, it’s fine. im in PH and i have tried every network and Dtac restrict it. took it to a shop to unlock and they said its impossible. i can’t use it, they dont even have Dtac here. its driving me crazy not having a phone that works. any ideas? Crossy Posted April 18, 2019 Share Posted April 18, 2019 Quick solution, buy a new phone. Slower (expensive) solution take the phone to DTAC and ask them to unlock it. Have you looked up that particular model on the net, there may be unlock instructions (or try a different shop). Sorry not to be more constructive. If you mean "no network access" could it be because you have not activated International Roaming prior to leaving Thailand or that DTAC do not have roaming partners where you are ?
