Not really significant on the volumes that most people would consume. Limes are less costly, and although lemons contain a slightly higher vitamin and antioxidant level, it's probably not worth paying the extra - unless of course you often utilise the lemon skin in your cooking.. Lemons have roughly twice the Vitamin C content of limes and a higher amount of Vitamin B6 and B9.Limes have a “bitter sweet” flavor while lemons are sour.
