pagallim
In conversation with a friend of mine today, he asked what would the problem be in using his UK passport for his next visa extension (Retirement) as opposed to his Australian passport (both current) which has been used previously. Obviously his UK passport doesn't have the original visa or subsequent extensions, and my only thought was maybe (and a big maybe) that they could be transferred to his UK passport in the same way as that of a new passport. Anybody have knowledge of such instances? Something tells me that essentially he would have to leave the country and re-enter and start the whole extension process from scratch. jacko45k
I doubt you can transfer the Non-Imm O entry to a passport of a different country.
ubonjoe
Immigration will only move to the stamps from one passport to another is when you get a new passport with the same nationality. The only way to change passports from different countries is to is to enter the country with the other passport and apply for a new extension of stay.
