An Algerian man has been arrested in Pattaya for allegedly pickpocketing two Korean tourists and a Chinese tourist in the seaside city late last month.

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thailand's navy on Monday began towing to shore the floating cabin of a fugitive U.S. citizen and his Thai girlfriend, both prominent members of the "seasteading" movement who face possible death sentences for setting up their offshore home.

Govt seeks talks with Hopewell over court compensation order

THAILAND will sign a memorandum of cooperation with China and Laos for a rail link aimed at fulfilling a regional connectivity ambition, when Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-Cha visits Beijing this week for the second Belt and Road Forum, the Foreign Ministry said yesterday.

Woman held for forcing five-year-old daughter into prostitution

A 28-year-old woman has been arrested in Chachoengsao's Phanom Sarakham district for allegedly selling her five-year-old daughter for sex in exchange for payments of Bt200 to Bt300 each time, provincial police deputy chief Pol Colonel Kriengkrai Boonson told the press on Monday.
