Khon Kaen governor Somsak Jangtrakul on Tuesday morning led police and related officials to inspect a private school building in Tambon Ban Ped of Muang district, which had been partially collapsed during a hail and rain storm on Monday afternoon, killing a four-year-old girl.

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thailand's Election Commission on Tuesday accused a prominent anti-junta politician of breaching the election law, moving to disqualify him from parliament almost a month after the disputed March 24 election.

Only certified personnel can prescribe cannabis drugs

ONLY certified alternative-medicine practitioners with special training will be permitted to prepare and prescribe cannabis-containing medicines to patients, regulatory authorities insist. Preparations and prescriptions must be done at hospitals only.

New orders push up industry confidence
