1FinickyOne
How much would a worker at an upcountry Isuzu dealer earn? He is 37 and been working in the parts department for 7 years... I think he is not making much more than 10-15,000 baht a month - - any ideas?

geoffbezoz
I would expect he would be paid a basic salary within the range you quoted. Plus he could get a bonus at New year of an additional month plus of course overtime payments could bump it up.

Rally123
Minimum wage is 400 Baht a day X by 6 X by 4.5 weeks per month, will be his monthly minimum wage gross. After that it'd be a guess.

Our local Isuzu pays a young lady 10,000 per month she is in sales so gets commission if she gets a buyer. Don't know what receptionists get or the office workers.
