I have take frozen food home from Makro and it was thawed quite a bit, I have frozen, thawed it, and eaten it with no problem, if there is no smell, will it be safe to eat? Dmaxdan Posted April 26, 2019 Share Posted April 26, 2019 I would suggest that because you left the pork out overnight then you should discard it. If you had defrosted it in the fridge at a temperature below 40F, then in theory it should be fine to refreeze and consume later.
