I posted my first ever topic, which concerned an air-con company ripping off it's customers (in this case me) but it was deleted almost as soon as it had been posted.

 

Can I respectfully ask  why?

 

I've only just joined the forum and believed it to be one where individuals would be encouraged to share experiences, good and bad.

 

Was I wrong in thinking that?

 

I will await your reply with interest.

 

I tried to find a working email address where I could ask this question without posting it but had no luck in finding one.
