2 landcrossing (excempt) a third possible if have real visa

Hi.. as I understand it, you are allowed 2 land crossing per cal. year

 

If I have 2 land crossing (exempts) and after that, do a real visa in Vientiane, will I be able to enter (third entry this cal. year) with a real visa?

Only visa exempt entries are limited to 2 per calendar year at land border crossing. There is no limit if you have a valid visa to use for entry.
