I introduced my Mrs. to the world of e-commerce and she is starting her own little venture, importing and selling products online. I am trying to figure out the best kind of business for her to register. I was thinking a sole ownership, but I was curious how it works if it's all online and the income is made abroad. It is Amazon she is selling on and you do need to enter a business number on your account in order to proceed. Anyone have any experience with this type of non-brick and mortar business setting up? Also, how are the tax rates for personal income taxes? I have read a good thread about this here but it is dated 2009 so I was sure there was some new rules or info out there. Thanks.
