But even with the detailed websites such as Revzilla and their reviews which include sizing its still difficult to get the correct sizes. I have found that the Prices in Shops in Bangkok (such as Panda Rider) are reasonable and they ship. If you can guarantee returns if the sizes are not right then it may be an option to order a couple of sizes and return which doesn't fit. In the UK I ordered a couple of sizes of what I needed and returned what didn't fit - this was convenient as I go back to the UK a couple of times each year.
