Sidsid
I have a non-immigrant O visa (multiple entry) based on marriage to a Thai citizen. I'm a British national. The 90 days I was given at the airport expires soon and I'm wondering if I can extend this somehow without flying out and back in again? Any advice is much appreciated. elviajero
Yes, you can extend by 60 days at immigration for 1,900 baht. No financials are required but your wife will need to attend. After 60 days you will need to leave or apply for a full 1 year extension. Edited May 2, 2019 by elviajero
Sidsid
Thanks! Do you know what documents I need to bring?
PoorSucker
You can extend with one year if you have 400.000 in bank or 40k baht income. If you don't have the funds you can extend with 60 days as married to a Thai.

elviajero
I Depends on your local office — it’s worth asking them ahead of applying. This is a list of what’s likely to be required for a 60 day extension; Original marriage certificate plus signed copy. Signed copies of wife's ID and Tabien Baan. Signed copies of your passport pages: ID page, visa, entry stamp, departure card. 1 x photo 6 x 4. Maybe they will want form TM30. This is the form used by the Owner/House-master to report that you are staying with them.
