Why not using Germany's policy regarding Diesel cars? 

 

     But the TUK TUK's can continue to cause cancer and other diseases. 

 

    Six years Prayuth has changed the country in a very negative way,  almost all soldiers can drive expensive Mercedes Benz.

Easy to see. And realistically 2020 they open up a whole new can of tax worms on the people.

that's a fact and I can voucher for it as my 2 military neighbors used to ride an old broken pick up and 2 years ago they got brand new C class mercedes
