Do you honestly think that he will pick up the phone?

Most probably, it is a recording that says 'vote for me in the next election'.

To be this smart your surname must surely end in 'lock'?

And begin with...

Sherrrr....?

Does it?

It's not bad news if you're earning baht. Pretty good, really.

Or for the Elite who are stealing it from the nation and sending it to save havens abroad !!

Terrific idea. Do you have his phone number?

You have to go through his senior advisor:

phone  8 (800) 200 4040. You can also use 04040 for SMS and MMS messages.

It's good news for those of us who have substantial deposits in Thai banks, when we move to other SE Asian countries in response to the mandatory health insurance

( projected ). My 800K deposit was brought in when the AUD was getting 30 baht.

Well done  to the Thai Nation , it people and  its economy , they all worked hard to make the Baht a strong currency .

All the"not doing to well* Westerners who want to live like kings on a small income  will have to move to Pakistan or Turkey or somewhere  else

"they all worked hard to make the Baht a strong currency" did you read that after you wrote it? Oh, I get it, it's satire, right??

It has nothing to do with how hard Brits work and everything to do with Westminster arsing about with Brexit. If we'd got on with it straight away it would've been sorted by now. The money markets hate indecision.

The money markets hate brexit did you turn a blind eye to the 10 - 12% drop after the vote...i await your reply of coincidence and short term blip.

Wow! You have been staying in Thailand for 12 years.  That's a long time.

With the changes in visa requirement and stronger baht, are you thinking of moving to another country?
