Lazada chat "service"

I can not get anywhere on Lazada's chat service. Send a couple of messages here regarding an order placed on 4th of May.

Almost 2 weeks later, still waiting...

 

"Will inform relevant department" is their response and then nothing. No follow up, just nothing.

How bad is this? Why does their email not work anymore?

 

Anyone else feeling as annoyed?

Chat worked fine when I used it talk to a rep re a broken office chair a couple of weeks aga. You can also call 020180000, short wait time.

 

Added: If you initiated a chat from the order page then that's with the seller which can be flaky. E.g., I got in touch with Lazada directly re the chair after the seller was unresponsive.

 

For chat with Lazada: Customer Care at the top -> Chat with Lazada.

Yea forget chat with a vendor its hopeless....

 

But like has been said the main customer service is pretty good..
