johnray
After living in Thailand now for 3 years plus and having a girlfriend that works with visas, accounting and taxes I thought I had pretty a standard immigration visit, but today the lady asked for a separate form to prove the house is real. The form needs the signature of the house owner and their id card. And bunch more passport photocopies. They do not tell you about this until you have already waited 4 hours or more. So make sure you ask for this form. If you don't have these details you will be denied a visa stamp until you have it.

Aren't you just talking about the TM.30 (old story), or something else? (which form?)
