hatyaiair
I would like to know if anyone has changed a non-immigrant B (working in Thailand) visa (extension of stay) to a non-immigrant OX visa when they are finished working. Please only respond if you have actually done this and have experience with this. I am not interested in the reasons why I should or should not want an OX visa. ubonjoe
You can only apply for a non-ox visa at a embassy or official consulate in your home country or country of legal residence. Immigration does not issue them. You will find information that immigration does them but it is incorrect. You could change the reason for you extension of stay to one based upon retirement at immigration.
DrJack54
Thinking that means no replies not possible. Edit. I posted exactly same time as the MAN uj. Added note same applies to O-A Edited May 17, 2019 by DrJack54 Error
