Paul Henry
Had a similar expierence flying out of Melbourne. After returning to Tullermarine airport turned out a dinner had fallen down the back of the heater in the galley. Nothing to do with make, model or nationality of the owners and crew. Too many people love to lay blame or jump to conclussions.

Oxygen masks are deployed when the cabin pressure falls too low. Never when there is a fire or risk thereof. Oxygen could actually make a fire situation worse.
