Brigadier General Doung Thavary, provincial deputy police chief, yesterday said that Rugh James Cline was arrested on Monday after provincial anti-human trafficking and juvenile protection officers received a complaint from mothers of two girls who were sexually abused. “Police have now identified a total of four sexually-abused girls and all of them are under 15 years old,” Brig Gen Thavary said. Brig Gen Thavary said Mr Cline molested the girls multiple times beginning earlier this month, adding that the suspect offered each girl $10 to $50 each time he molested them. She said the victims told police that Mr Cline would meet them at the Pub Street area in Siem Reap city before he invited them to his rental house in the city, where he molested them. Imagine how easy it might be to just pay the girls to say he did this, and then lock this guy up for 100-years because of something else. Oh, I think he's probably guilty, but this made me think this is a great way to arrest people you don't like. i hope they have good evidence on him, and he's doomed for life. in this guy's case, i think he's probably guilty and i hope he gets 100-years in a cambodian jail. too lazy to see what happens in the future. it's just weird why he denied the charges. According to the two girls RUGH JAMES CLINE, 38, a US citizen had met the girls in the Pub Street area and brought them to his place and sexually abused them. Over zealous NGOs have been known to "create" evidence when they suspect someone of being a paedophile in Cambodia and no doubt other areas as well. As with most things in S.E.A the truth is often shrouded in lies and corruption. If he is guilty then he should get his due desserts and rot in prison. Got together and made a plan to make up stories of sexual assault accusing some Falang walking innocently down pub street. These threads on child pornographers and predators for some reason create the largest responses of blaming it on others or it is all lies, I think then just about any other threads.
