Chazar
No problem with his brakes then as he seemed to have them fully locked, too close to that white car who probably hasn't realised his near miss. If only they payed attention to the road and conditions, twice as long to stop in the wet

Old Croc
Typical Thai driver in a large rig going much too fast for the road, the traffic and the wet conditions. On the plus side he didn't kill anyone as he appears to be one of the few drivers who knows where the brake pedal is. He just needs to learn how to apply it so he doesn't lose complete control of his vehicle.
peterpaintpot
Surely the truck driver can't be blamed for the very wet road?

Reigntax
Temporary road divide barriers seem to be a permanent fix...at least were fixed until required to stop exactly what occurred.
