glegolo Posted June 1, 2019 Share Posted June 1, 2019 (edited) You will not need it for an extension of stay, it is only mandatory for Non Immigrant O-A nothing else. and startdate is something like 1st july 2019. At the moment they are only proposing (not yet confirmed) health insurance for Non-Immigrant 'O-A' visa applications from Embassies.
