I am coming over in mid July for a month.,,back in September for a few weeks and then Christmas time for 3 months. My wife is running a coffee shop near On Nut and so somewhere close for her to get to work would be ideal. One month required initially, but will consider longer lease once we sort out what we are doing into the future. I am an Aussie electrical/air con/ solar tradesman and so am available for any `advice'... I also have a lot of building/handyman experience. Alternatively, we are looking to move to Hua Hin and so would be interested in chatting to anyone who can help or needs help there. Cheers for now...
