Info about TAX

Recommended Posts

Hi to all,

super hard to find right information about TAX

for example, my friend's (he ask me, ask it here, coz he already too old for internet) wife make some business (she Thai person)

she reg in DBD

she dont have company, she reg as a personal (who can sell like dress/t-shorst and other stuff)

she already call to some service about TAX (Thai person, answer to she), and they tell to she like: "OMG, you must reg company with US, ASAP", of course we think they just want sell it to she (want money only), and need calm down and think how to do things right

for example, she sell stuff like on 1M bath per month (dress/t-shorst), clearn money maybe 5% (maybe dont have 5%, maybe its less, she dont have bently or house for 30M bath), so clearn money rly low, but she work hard on it, maybe some months its minus

also, that the business started with debts (laid the car, took a loan from relatives)

she want pay TAX, she just start buisness in this year, so she plan learn how to do and pay in next year, need correct information please

questions:

1) what docs need to proof stuff price ? if she buy t-shirts in internet on aliexpress/alibaba for example ?

2)will TAX manager/operator ask about import TAX or something like this ? items dont hava brands and maybe she pay more low, then need to pay for it, but it is already done

they pay something like (its including TAX + delivery + Import TAX, but dont including stuff price): 300USD/CBM+30USD

also sometimes pay additional money for checking stuff (but dont have invoices for it)

3) how solves problems with declare for stuff, if they pay for delivery in invoice, for example order on 5 000$ (where, 500$ for delivery, with all TAX incliding, but dont have docs about it)

4) she spent alot of money on advertise, how to prof these costs ?

5) if clearn money in year less then 500 000 bath, how much need pay tax ? for example Thai TAX service person tell to she like 30%, i just google and see this:

"Those who earn less than 150,000 Thai Baht are exempt from income tax. Anything over this amount and less than THB 500,000 is taxed at 10%. Between this amount and 1 million THB the tax rate is 20%. Over this amount and below 4 million THB is taxed at 30%."

dont have info, in year, in month, in day ;( how to understand it ?

with best regards
