Nonsense, also Herald of Free Enterprise e.g. was sold.

Indeed (in September 1987), but she was almost immediately scrapped (March 1988).

It will never sell for anything other than scrap because of the ghosts of the dead. RIP

Only in Thailand.

What sick mind looks at that and thinks "We can make money from that".

Did they advertise it in China?

Yea.. i mean its not like in the US where Boeing forgets warning lights out of greed hides it and countless lives are lost... I mean in other countries people are never greedy and companies never hide stuff.

On May 22 it went up for auction with a starting price of B900,000 but failed to attract any interest.

Looking at the photo I can offer an opinion why that happened.

100 000 per month? Must be another chromosome problem. How can it cost 100K a month to store trash?

Nobody, wants to buy it. If they let it stand on the ground in open air, it will cost nothing. probably scared of somebody stealing the shit nobody want to buy.

They should be happy if somebody stole it. Problem solved.

And who actually gets the 100,000Baht monthly storage fee?

Was there any tender process to provide a  storage site?

You got it wrong there. In Thailand it´s not called tender process. They call it cousin ans siblings process.

Take it out to sea and wait, wont  take  long.

Good idea !

Create an artificial Reef from the hulk.

At least some good would come from this tragedy.

There is only one shipyard big enough for a boat this size.
