Yes. Sign up for that forum and get a feel for how happy those 5000 expats are. Must be a bit like Chiang Mai but without the gated communities , no?

There's a reason why there are no historical, national records or statistics of road traffic accidents, injuries and fatalities in Vietnam.

Vietnam is a terrible place to take THB to exchange. They don’t want it an offer lousy rates. Far better to convert your THB to $ € or £ here in Thailand and take it with you
