Survey participants have given reasons why the GSB is regarded as a stable and trustworthy financial institution resulting in a high level of confidence among customers, providing a complete array of services, offering attractive interest rates and other promotional offers, and having staff stationed at their booth who can offer in-depth information on the bank’s financial products and services. From this survey, the GSB has won the Best Retail Bank of The Year 2019 award, which is the fourth consecutive win by the bank in this award category. The bank was also praised for excellent services on savings account and SME loans.
