Copy of document from immigration to state where you stay. 3. Medical certificate. 4. 2 photographs. 5. old licence. Thanks for the help in advance. But if your immigration issues such proof you are fine. Some seem to refuse? Worst case for some is a (expensive) document from their embassy. 3) medical is needed for newly issued license or extending from 2yr (temporary) to 5yr (standard) license. It's not needed for extending from 5yr to 5yr license 4) no photos needed 5) OK Seems you want to extend both car and motorbike license?
