(Reuters) - British opposition leader Jeremy Corbyn will back a move on Wednesday for Labour party to change its Brexit policy and support a second referendum in all circumstances, The Times reported, citing a senior Labour source.

Labour, which along with the Conservatives saw its support slump at the European elections as voters expressed their frustration over Brexit deadlock, is divided over whether to unequivocally support holding a second referendum.

Corbyn has so far only said the option of another Brexit vote should be kept on the table, along with a national election. The prospect poses a dilemma as many of the party's supporters backed Brexit.

Farage needs to find support somewhere, at the last outing 43,000 (over 80% of former Leave voters) went AWOL.

Yes you keep banding these meaningless figures about for some reason, but if it gives you some solace, so be it.

For better or for worse and which ever side you are on; Brexit vs parliament is the biggest exercise in democracy the world has ever experienced.

It's between those who wish to remain in a single state, one culture, one government Europe and those who desire local individual governments and keeping the beauty of the diverse cultures of the European nations.

No, it is not. The culture argument is just a flawed argument racists use.

If you wish to dispute the numbers please give it a try.

The numbers are meaningless because this thread is about "Corbyn to back a second referendum"

Nothing to do with Farage, but I'm sure you'll find a connection somehow.

More Labour voters will be joining Nigels Brexit Party now, well done Mr Eurosceptic Jeremy Corbyn. ☺️☺️☺️

Nigels Brexit Party was mentioned because Labour supporters will defect if Corbyn backs a Brexit second referendum, can you see the connection, it is not connected loosely but has a lot to do with the topic.

I'd imagine this policy will only apply to the South East.

In the North, they'll be pretending to support No Deal.

In the South West, they're still checking opinion polls before they decide what to pretend their policy is.

Nothing beautiful in snarling, resentful Brexiteerland.

Labour are planning for the next election. Their appeal would be to attract remainer and undecided voters. In constituencies where it's a close contest they would marry up with the Lib Dems to only put one candidate for remaining in the EU.

Naturally, there would also be hard-line leavers who could defect to Farage's party, but with the Tory split with Farage, it doesn't take much to envisage a win situation for a Labour or Lib Dem victory.

Labour had no business being on the Brexit bus in the first place.
The Hard Left with which Corbyn is associated, has always been anti-EU, so no surprise that Corbyn has dragged his feet throughout. The flip to a second referendum primarily driven by big loss of votes to the Lib Dems, so opportunist rather than conviction driven. Corbyn the dog that doesn't bark.

Corbyn is a leaver...

He has deliberately waited until it is to late, he has scuttled any chance of Labour having any influence on a second referendum.

I don't think Corbyn's views on Brexit are the issue, rather he's simply not very bright.

He's sat opposite the weakest PM in living memory heading a minority government and he's been completely unable to defeat her or her government.

He needs to step aside, and let someone up to the job take over.

He changes his mind more times then his underpants. Comrade Corbyn will be the death of the labour party. (Hopefully). He forgets that many Labour voters, voted to leave. He talks about saving UK jobs but is happy to welcome EU citizens to take them or even worse just to come for the benefits and healthcare system. And the May debacle is doing the same for the Tories. They both must be the worse UK leaders in history, also the least trusted.

And those who wish to stay in the EU must have not seen or read how the EU leadership speaks about the UK and how they wish to punish the UK. They are certainly not friendly nor act like friends. They only thing they want is the money, which will disappear into their unaudited accounts.
