Depends on for what you wish to use it. 

1 Mbps is ok for use on your phone for everyday usage.

4 Mbps is fine for general surfing on your laptop/PC

6/7 Mbps more of the same as above.

10 Mbps if you like to download large files.

I don't know, ask them, it was written in the product description.

The AIS and DTAC offers which you posted were deleted, so maybe this was a scam.

Just tried opening the 2 links and get a "non-existent product" message.
