Dr Prasert managed to group an excellent management team around him and, together with focused and customer-oriented staff, resulted in this. Well done! It's useless to complain. Since the Thai government allowed BA to develop Samui airport as a monopoly, the only way to protest the expense is to use Surat and the ferry.
