What types of fish are used at cheaper places?

That pangasius fish its tasteless I think we had Dory fish at a place called Née Roy's off of soi buakauw in pattaya 

Now its long time ago maybe some of you guys remember great chips, oh those were the days, now the best place for fish is jomtiem night market, on beach road and full of Russians but there not a problem, but that market takes some beating, silly thing I told my mate to go there, and said he could not find the market in the daytime, I said its a f in night market lol
