Four more bodies were found under the rubble. Two were found dead while two were miraculously pulled out alive. Provincial police chief Major General Chuon Narin said today that police will send Chen Kun, a Chinese national who leased the land for construction, Deng Xing Gui, a building contractor, Gao Yu, a concrete wall contractor, and Nhek Huy, a Cambodian who owned the land to the provincial court today. The Chinese-owned building collapsed in the early morning of Saturday, leaving scores dead and injured. Rescue workers have continued to locate victims and they suspect more are still buried beneath the debris. The death toll rose to 28 yesterday, according to rescue workers.
