Sungcheol, denies the charge. He was also found to be in possession and using ketamine and has also been charged in connection with that. Twenty three year old Ratchada Khermphukhiaw was found naked on a seventh floor flat roof after falling from the 30th floor. From this article it appears it could well have been a drugs related incident and with the lady wearing no clothes perhaps it was some activity on the balcony that went horribly wrong ?
