micky
Assuming my Extension of Stay (Retirement Baht 800,000) is granted. It seems that I must retain some amount in my bank. My question is this. How much must be retain? And when can I take out ? I am not clear on this. Please kindly advise me on this matter. Your kind advice is much appreciated. Thanking you all in advance. Joe Mcseismic
You can withdraw up to 400,000 Bt after the original 800,000 Bt has stayed in your account for three months after you get the extension. It must not fall below 400,000 Bt for the remaining time. Two months before your next extension, you must top up the account to a minimum of 800,000 Bt again. Jingthing
At least 800K for three months after the extension is obtained. After that, never lower than 400K for the rest of the year. Then the 800k seasoning for the next year beings, two months under the national rule, but some offices are incorrectly enforcing three months.
