What's that in real money?    LOL

Bit like buying 4x4 timber at 2/6d a metre.

I thought I would show a little empathy towards the metrically impaired.

I could have said it rained a 1/4 of a dick, but that might be the same measurement to everyone.

Ignore (did you know that word comes from the Latin word "ignorantus") the Yanks and their protegees.

My rain gauge says we got just over 16mm in the last hour - great start - and the first real rain of the season.

The Yom River is running full at Sung Men, .but no risk of flooding. Further south may be a problem.

Sun shining today. First time in almost 3 days. We have had steady rain for the past 2 days. No storms and not much wind. Very good for the rice.

I'm ready this year, bought 6 LED bulbs with batteries inside that last for 6 hours.

When my power goes off in the storm, I've still got lights.

No more expensive than the normal LEDs, about 90bht each from Lazada.

Any chance of a picture of the item please?

My wife thinks mine is 9 inches but she never did really know how to hold a ruler.

I did that too.

Never had a power cut since I spent money preparing for it. All the people around about should be grateful to me for this service.

If you are suffering drought call me and I will come and clean and polish my car near your home. If rain and mud don't follow a full refund will be given.

The Yom river is at a nice level (in Phrae) and we have pretty much daily rain now. Its not too heavy and cools thing off nicely.

The laundry is a little hard to get dry but 90% dry is OK because I bought a cloths dryer last year that can easily complete the drying.

score card

electricity shutdown           days off rain

       12                                   18

keep you informed

Your electrical outages seem sever. We have had none this season. Outages are mostly when there is a lot of wind and heavy (thunderstorms)
