Jonathan Fairfield Posted June 28, 2019 Share Posted June 28, 2019 Another quality Pattaya tourist: Butt naked in the middle of the street Image: Pattaya Update News Police were called to Pratumnak Hill in Pattaya last night after reports that a Western tourist was standing naked in the middle of an intersection. Nobody knew who he was and not surprisingly he had no ID on him. A combination of the local cops, motorcycle taxi guy and even a man in a turban tried to save the man's modesty as tourists in song thaews passed and an interested crowd gathered. Some trousers were rejected as was a towel, but the tourist was eventually persuaded to wrap a towel around himself before he was taken into the police station and then to a hospital for a check of his mental state. He was described as 2 meters tall, white and thin. Pattaya Update News stopped short of giving any other vital statistics. Other than a couple of voyeurs with their cellphones, it is pleasing to see the BIB and other locals treat this fellow with dignity and compassion.
