BananaBandit
I want to download banking apps for my Android because I hear it's the safest way to do online banking. But when I try to download the apps, my two banks (USA-based) say that I cannot download their apps in my current country. Is there a way to safely get around this lil' obstacle ? CharlieH
Yes, use a VPN and place yourself "virtually" in the US. There are various providers for this VPN service.

Wells Fargo, Chase and Charles Schwab is OK with a VPN.
Mikisteel
Takes a few goes but I usually login after 2-3 attempts wirh 1 particular UK bank. Another is pretty much plain sailing but if I run into difficulties I just change the location slightly and access is then provided. Both through browser. thaitero
To download yo need to change your google country.. When/If you do this , do note that this setting can be changed only once per year meaning possible problems with apps needed to download in Thailand This is about downloading, Log in is different.. Assume your Google Account is linked to Thailand, and the apps are restricted to the U.S. Play Store. On a PC logged in to your GMail account can you see the apps? Does it say they are compatible? Does it offer the option to upload them to yuor mobile device? Workarounds include... create a new Google/GMail accoint in the U.S. using a VPN change your country in the PlayStore sideload the APKs (APK Pure is reliable https://apkpure.com/ but you'll have to enable sideloading in your system settings) https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7431675?hl=en Can you share the two banks? This only covers installing the apps. Using them may present additional issues.
