He honed his craft by studying both the classic and modern master barkeeps alike, becoming fluent in all arrays of cocktail-making techniques. Working with Mr Boroski and solo, Konstantyn authored a variety of beverage menus, trained bar staff, and worked on the design and arrangement of back bars in Thailand, Vietnam, and elsewhere. While not behind the shaker you may find him at a wine tasting or at a jazz club with a Trinidad sour in hand.
