Custom made acrylic case?

Recommended Posts

I like to order and buy somewhere online or in Bangkok customized acrylic cases.

I want to use them for DIY electronic projects.

Here is a picture of a case for a circuit board. I want something similar to that according to my own specifications.

The second picture shows the parts. Just acrylic sheet custom cut. That's what I want to order and buy.

Thanks for the replies.

I want that someone cuts the acrylic sheet according to my specifications. It would be a lot of work to do it myself manually and I would never be able to do it as precise as I want it.

I don't want a ready made case i.e. for a raspberry pi.

I want to have a case for small projects with Arduino, ESP32, SD-Reader, etc.

Maybe just one or two cases according to my specifications.

I guess some suppliers have CNC machine which cuts them according to specifications.

I don't want to buy an expensive CNC machine or 3D printer which I will use very seldom.

This is a sample of a little project for which I want a custom made case.

I think you might try finding out if there is a electronics hobby club that may have a milling machine...

3018 3 Axis Mini DIY CNC Router (that one pictured above is on offer from BangGood for ฿4,688.99 shipped to Thailand.

Use Fusion 360 to design the box, (Fusion360 is free for noncommercial use)

Thanks!

That is cheaper than I thought it would be. Maybe I will buy one.

To get an idea what this thing can do I just watched this video. Interesting.
